1. Operator and acceptance
FormulaCampionato Platform is a service operated by LUGRANA S.R.L. (“LUGRANA”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at amministrazione@lugrana.com or +39 347 072 5250.
To create an account through the Web service, you must select the required checkbox accepting version 1.8 of these Terms and confirming that you have read version 2.2 of the related Privacy Policy. Acceptance includes the technical licence described below, which is needed to process temporarily through OpenAI the protest videos you upload when an authorised steward requests the AI Commissioner. If your account already exists and has not yet recorded this Web acceptance, you must accept 1.8/2.2 on your first access to the Web service; it is not requested again for each video or analysis. The accepted version and server timestamp are recorded server-side. If you act for a championship, league, team or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act within that scope.
The published iOS/iPadOS and Android native clients remain, until their dedicated update, within the functional scope and legal-document version presented inside the app. Using those clients does not by itself record the 1.8/2.2 Web acceptance: native-client users must also complete it on their first access to the Web service.
If you do not have the age or legal capacity required in your country to accept these Terms, you may use the Service only with the authorisation and under the responsibility of a parent or guardian.
2. The Service
FormulaCampionato enables users to create and manage sim-racing championships, roles, seasons, leagues, teams, calendars, communications, regulations, sporting protests, results, standings, FC Rating and sporting history. Features and permissions depend on the role, championship and competition status.
The AI Commissioner is an optional support feature for authorised human stewards. It analyses only the visual content of time-sequenced frames extracted server-side from the original videos and produces a non-binding draft; it does not use statements, notes, audio or regulations and is not a decision by the Service or LUGRANA.
The Service is available through the canonical Web service and the iOS/iPadOS and Android apps distributed through the App Store and Google Play respectively. Version 1.8, the Inbox messaging introduced by release VS73 and the Organiser’s protest-review role introduced by VS75 apply, at this stage, exclusively to the Web service; the published native clients do not expose those features and continue to operate within the scope and under the legal version shown in-app until their dedicated update.
In the Web service, FormulaCampionato enforces permissions and determines official sporting data. It provides internal messaging between active members of the same championship: a user may choose an individual recipient, while the Organiser and Administrators may also send to permitted role groups. For these Terms, every subsequent reference to Inbox messages means this VS73 Web feature. Messages are neither public nor end-to-end encrypted and remain subject to the access, reporting, blocking, moderation and retention controls described below. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, technical limits, safety features or moderation decisions.
3. Account and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account except where it results from events not attributable to you.
You may not transfer, sell or share the account to evade roles, suspensions or controls. We may require renewed authentication, limit a session or suspend access where necessary to protect users, competitions or the platform.
4. User content and ownership
“User Content” means information you submit or publish through the Service, including championship communications, league regulations, GameTags, profile text, sporting-protest notes and video evidence, and other material entered into available features. Support requests and moderation-report details are restricted materials: they are processed only by LUGRANA and strictly authorised operators or moderators, not displayed to ordinary championship or league members. In sporting protests, notes and videos are restricted to the recipients described in section 5, while essential docket information and the final report may be shown to members of the relevant league. Official results and other sporting data may be retained as competition records in accordance with Service rules and the Privacy Policy.
Inbox messages include their subject, body, sender identity and selected individual, administration or role-and-league audience. They are restricted content, not posts visible to the entire championship.
You retain ownership and all other rights in your User Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to LUGRANA.
5. Licence required to operate the Service
When you upload or submit User Content, you grant LUGRANA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, valid in the territories where the Service is available and limited to the duration and purposes necessary to host, store, technically reproduce, process, transmit, display and distribute that content to the authorised recipients of the feature used. For communications and regulations, recipients are those authorised for the relevant championship or league; for support requests and moderation reports, recipients are only LUGRANA and strictly authorised operators or moderators. For sporting-protest notes and videos, recipients are the parties, Race Direction and Administrators of the exact league, and the Organiser of the exact championship; Race Direction, Administrators and the Organiser may access them for the proceeding and, when they are not a party to the case, act as an authorised human steward under the applicable permissions.
For Inbox messages, content is delivered only to accounts resolved server-side as the chosen individual, administration or role-and-league audience. Staff do not automatically read other users’ messages unless they are recipients or strictly authorised operators handling a report.
The licence also covers what is necessary to filter content, analyse it for safety, moderate it, restrict its visibility or remove it in order to enforce these Terms, handle reports, prevent abuse, protect the Service or comply with law. We may have technical providers acting on our behalf perform only these activities, subject to our agreements with them.
When the authorised steward activates the AI Commissioner, the licence covers temporarily transferring the original protest videos to an isolated environment operated by OpenAI as a technical provider, automatically extracting time-sequenced frames and analysing their visual content only, solely to generate the advisory draft and related audit records. Statements, notes, audio, names, circuit and other case metadata are not provided as a basis for the assessment. Scope, retention and safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy.
The licence ends when the content or account is deleted. It survives only, in form and for periods strictly necessary, for backup copies subject to normal rotation cycles, technical receipts and audit records, legal obligations, disputes, security, or competition integrity and traceability. Communications or regulations already distributed may remain visible in pseudonymised form only to the same authorised recipients where necessary for competition history and continuity; no new use or wider distribution is permitted. Residual copies are minimised, access-restricted and subject to the applicable retention schedules. We will not use this licence for third-party advertising or to sell your content.
Inbox message subject, body and recipient list are normally deleted within 90 days after sending. If a report remains open or claimed at expiry, the message record and restricted snapshot required for moderation remain under limited access and are no longer visible to ordinary users until the report is closed, unless the championship is permanently removed or no authorised active moderator remains; in those cases they are deleted by the next cleanup cycle.
6. Rights you must hold in content
You represent that you are the author of the User Content or that you hold all rights, licences, consents and permissions needed to submit it and grant the licence in section 5. You must also have permission from identifiable or named people where required.
You must not submit content that infringes copyright, trade marks, trade secrets, confidentiality, privacy, image rights or other third-party rights. If you use material from a simulator, championship, broadcaster, sponsor or any other party, you are responsible for confirming that the use is authorised. We may request reasonable information or evidence and remove or restrict material where a credible dispute arises.
A video attached to a protest must be relevant to the disputed incident, no longer than 10 seconds and no larger than 25 MiB. You must limit the clip to what is necessary and avoid unrelated people, conversations, audio, personal data or confidential information. Compliance with technical limits does not replace any rights and consents required for upload.
7. Conduct, reporting and moderation
Illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, defamatory or privacy-invasive content is not allowed. Nor are unnecessary sensitive data, spam, malware, instructions to bypass security, impersonation, competition manipulation or coordinated harassment.
The Service may filter text, allow content reporting and provide authorised operators with moderation tools. Blocking prevents future delivery of that author’s communications and Inbox messages to the blocking user; it does not remove the author, retroactively delete messages already delivered or replace a report. We may hide, restrict or remove content, and LUGRANA may separately restrict or suspend an account in serious or repeated cases, in a manner proportionate to the risk and applicable obligations. Abusive or intentionally false reports may also result in restrictions.
Sporting protests must also be filed in good faith and limited to facts relevant to the competition. Abusive or intentionally false protests, duplicates intended to bypass limits, or protests used to harass another participant may be found inadmissible and, where proportionate, lead to further restrictions.
For urgent reports or disputes about rights and moderation, email amministrazione@lugrana.com and identify the content and championship concerned. Never send passwords or tokens.
8. Sporting data, roles and decisions
Organisers and authorised roles manage calendars, assignments, regulations, results and measures within their scope. Their sporting decisions are separate from LUGRANA’s technical or moderation decisions.
An eligible driver may file a protest for a race session within 24 hours after its scheduled start time, identifying the league, circuit, other party, notes and video. The responding driver may provide notes and their own video within 24 hours after notification of filing. The Service calculates deadlines server-side; connection or upload problems do not guarantee an extension, unless otherwise decided under the applicable regulations.
Each driver may file no more than three protests for the same race and may have only one active protest against the same other party for the same session. Failure to respond does not automatically uphold the protest: the case is reviewed on the available material. Race Direction and Administrators of the exact league, and the Organiser of the exact championship, may claim and decide it under the applicable permissions, but anyone who is a party to the case must recuse themselves.
The human steward who holds the case may ask the AI Commissioner for a draft based exclusively on the visual content of the protest’s original videos, sampled into server-side time sequences. Statements, notes, audio, regulations, names and other case metadata are not used to form the assessment. The model may still make mistakes, miss a detail or be unable to determine an outcome. The draft is non-binding: the human steward must verify, supplement or disregard it and remains solely responsible for the review and any publication through the ordinary workflow.
The final report may state an outcome and reference a measure, but the protest decision does not automatically change results, standings or penalties: those changes require the relevant authorised workflows. Videos are retained for no longer than 90 days after the case reaches a terminal status and are then deleted; necessary metadata, final reports and audit records may remain as sporting records under the Privacy Policy.
Corrections, logical removals and account deletion may preserve official results, standings, audit records and pseudonymised historical identifiers where needed to maintain competition integrity and traceability, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability, technical services and liability
We may update, correct or temporarily interrupt parts of the Service for maintenance, security, compliance or technical evolution. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be entirely free of interruptions, errors or connectivity loss.
The Service relies on technical providers and may open external links. External services remain subject to their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, LUGRANA is not liable for events outside its reasonable control; nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension, closure and deletion
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion in the app or at the public page https://www.formulacampionato.it/eliminazione-account. Uninstalling an app does not delete the account. If you own championships, you may first need to archive or transfer them through the displayed flow.
We may restrict or suspend an account for violations, risks to users or competitions, valid authority requests or security needs. Where reasonable and permitted, we will explain the reason and available challenge route. Provisions that must by their nature survive, including those relating to sporting records, disputes and legal obligations, remain effective.
11. Changes, governing law and contacts
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, security or law. We will always identify the version and effective date and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service or another appropriate channel where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Italian law applies, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence or the jurisdiction provided by law. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

12. Digital setups, purchase, delivery and withdrawal
Each F1 2026 Setups pack covers one circuit and contains four configurations: Gamepad, Wet, Dry and Fast. The Italian Web price is €2.99 including VAT; in the apps, the localized price displayed by the App Store or Google Play before confirmation applies. The circuit, price and included content are always shown before ordering. The purchase is personal, linked to the active FormulaCampionato account and non-transferable, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
Web payments use Stripe-hosted checkout. Purchases in the iOS/iPadOS and Android apps are processed exclusively through Apple or Google Play in-app purchases. LUGRANA does not receive full card details. Access is activated only after the transaction has been definitively verified with the relevant provider, not merely because a return page is reached or a device reports success.
For Web checkout, before payment you must select three separate unticked boxes: accepting the purchase terms, expressly requesting immediate performance and acknowledging the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins where applicable by law. Store purchases are also subject to the purchase presentation, terms and procedures of the relevant store operator. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected, including those applying to defective, non-conforming or undelivered content.
Once active, the entitlement lets the purchasing account view the four setups for that circuit on supported FormulaCampionato surfaces while the Service and content remain available under these Terms. You can restore purchases in the app using the relevant store account. A full refund, reversal or successful dispute may revoke only the affected entitlement source. For Apple or Google purchases, monetary requests also follow the store’s procedures; for delivery support, email amministrazione@lugrana.com with the account, circuit and store, without sending full card details or purchase tokens.
